Policies and Procedures

  1. Althletic attire must be worn. No long yoga pants as these can get caught by the rope.
  2. Proper athletic shoes must be worn (i.e. cross-trainers or running shoes).
  3. Parents are asked to drop-off and pick-up children promptly at the assigned times.
  4. Before the start of class, please ask your child if he/she needs to use the restroom.
  5. Gum, food and drinks (except water) are not permitted in class.
  6. Children should bring a water bottle to class.
  7. For the enjoyment of everyone, students are required to respect the instructors and fellow participants by listening attentively, following instructions, asking for clarification when needed, and encouraging the efforts of others.
Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

Agreement to Participate: I understand that it is my responsibility as a parent not to participate or allow participation if there are any physical, emotional, and behavioral or other problems of my child or myself, that might compromise safe involvement in Skip Time's programs.

Assumption of risk: Participation in the programs offered by Skip Time carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. The specific risks vary from one activity to another, but the risks range from (1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises, sprains and strains to (2) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries, heart attacks, and concussions, to (3) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death.

Waiver of liability: In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in the programs offered by Skip Time, I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Skip Time, its officers, instructors, coaches, employees, contractors, members, volunteers and agents from liability from any and all claims including the negligence of Skip Time, its officers, instructors, coaches, employees, contractors, members, volunteers and agents, resulting in personal injury, accidents or illness (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in the programs offered through Skip Time.
